Frequently Asked Questions About Affiliate Program

1. Do I refer clients to E-Consulting or can I “white-label” it, so my clients don’t know that E-Consulting is the company actually doing the work?

We offer both a white-label and reseller option. If you want to just refer clients to us, you can sign up for a Reseller account. We’ll commission you 25% (monthly) for all paying clients and your check will go out on the 15th of every month.

If you prefer to setup a white-label account, your clients will never know that E-Consulting is doing the work. Instead of commissioning you, you’ll charge your clients directly and then pay us. For white-label affiliates, we offer a 25% discount on our standard monthly plans.

2. If I’m setup as a white-label affiliate, where will my clients log in to view reports? How do we deal with questions from clients or support-related inquiries?
For white-label affiliates, we create a log in page with your company’s logo, that your clients will sign into. This way they can log in to view their account, keyword progress reports or tracking, and it will appear as if the system is hosted by your company.

3. Question / Objection: “Do you help me sell service? If I have questions is there someone I can talk to?”

Answer/ Rebuttal: Yes, we provide multiple tools to help you sell. We want you to bring on as many clients as possible, so we try to make the process as easy as possible. When signed into your affiliate account, you’ll see that we provide a template PowerPoint presentation and also an SEO Proposal. Both templates enable you to easily swap our company logo and phone number with your company’s information, this way you can present them to your clients.


4. Question / Objection: “What is the guarantee for clients that I setup with E-Consulting?”

Answer/ Rebuttal: We guarantee to have your client’s search phrases on the 1st page of the organic search results. If for any reason you don’t have at least 60% of the keywords for your plan ranked on the 1st page, then we actually will stop chagrining you until they are ranked on page 1. In addition the service is month to month and we provide detailed tracking, to ensure that you can clearly see all the results from your rankings and website visitors.

5. Question / Objection: “I’m just not sure this will work. I tried something like this in the past with another SEO company and it didn’t work”

Answer/ Rebuttal: We understand that there are many SEO companies out there that might not provide a high quality service (or a good price). We firmly believe that our SEO plans are the most cost efficient options an advertiser could find. We’re so confident in our abilities that we offer 3 months worth of free SEO to all affiliates, after signing on their first paying client. We can also show you literally hundreds of examples of current clients that are well ranked.


6. Question/ Objection: “What if I have a client that needs more than the cities listed on your plans? Do you offer custom solutions?”

Answer/ Rebuttal: Yes, our affiliate manager Chris Morris is always available to talk about special-case scenarios. We’re more than flexible with all clients and affiliates and will give you and your client the most competitive rate possible. An important point to note is that keywords and cities get cheaper, the more you add.


7. Question/ Objection: “Is this black-hat SEO?” or “Do you trick the search engines in any way”?

Answer/ Rebuttal: No. We have a team of excellent staff writers that create well-written articles, that are pertinent to your business and website. Although they aren’t the main call to action when a customer arrives on your website, we don’t hide those articles in any way. We also don’t hide links. Everything we’re doing is perfectly visible and we follow all the search engine rules. The whole point is to keep you and your client well ranked, by doing it the “right” way.

8. Question / Objection: “My client doesn’t have a website. Can you build me one?”

Answer/ Rebuttal: Yes, we build simple / cost effective websites for clients if they don’t have an existing one.

9. Question / Objection: What do you actually do to get the site well ranked?

There are 3 main things we do to get a website ranked:

1. We have content writers that write keyword articles, which we place on portions of the Client's website.
2. We put links on other websites, pointing back to the Client's site. This helps to build the number of online references pointing to the site.
3. We refresh and edit the content, links, page titles / meta tags on a regular basis, while looking at keyword reports to see which phrases are ranked the best / worst.
